★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was very good , staff was very courteous, though the pool is small but the pool is well maintained, very spacious lawns and parking area but kitchen staff don't pick intercom promptly for room service, room with balcony are very nice overall good place for a comfortable holiday

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had so much fun, loved the property, the lawns and especially the food. It was a complete package and treat to stay there, the Holi function was also super fun. Courteous and helpful staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cold and unprofessional management, not at all customer centric. Your struggle will start from the time you check in. Extremely low on staffing hence there is a never ending wait time for everything. Food is pathetic and served with loads of dead mosquitoes. Even for basic necessities like drinking water, mosquito repellents, we had to face hard luck. Management is so insensitive that they don't bother to give an apology or offer any courtesy against the mistreatment. I would strongly recommend not to indulge in such an inhumane experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have maintained the property well, rooms are clean but the only thing which spoiled my stay is the staff behaviour and their hospitality.
Checkin took long due to less staff, room service is also very very late and on top of it staff behave in a very arrogant and rude manner. Food served is too spicy to eat.
Dont know when they charge you too much they should give you better service also but their focus is just to fill the rooms and leave you disappointed with their service.
Even during checkout no one was there to bring your luggage and we ended up bringing it of our own.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited this property for the third time, and I can honestly say that they never disappoint me. This time I came with my friends and family and all of had so much fun.
There food and lawns are just superb. Though the rooms can us a bit of improvement. But still one of the best places ner Delhi NCR to visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My overall experience has left me with mixed feelings. Though the property when it comes to scale is good but when it comes to rooms and services it is just okay.
Pros:
Huge well maintained lawns with a lot of activities for children to keep then engaged.
Has a pool.
The rooms with balcony view are also a treat.
The place has indoor games like billiards, table soccer, table tennis and caram board.
The food is also good.

Cons:
Firstly, my I had to wait for 20 minutes as the room was getting clean. My check in time was 1pm and I arrived at 2 pm thinking the room will be available but that was not the case. After entering the room I saw that it was not cleaned properly, the pillow covers had color stains, bed sheet had hair on it, the chair had food on it. We had to call to get it cleaned again.
The mattress of the bed was uncomfortable as it felt old.
The room had mosquitoes and flies it in, however, I give them the benefit of doubt here as the property is lush green and had farms behind it so I can let this one go.
The television in the room was not working.
Poor wifi connection.
Overall I was charged 7800 for my 1 day stay in a room with balcony view and breakfast and lunch or dinner included, which I felt was a bit much when I saw my room. If given a option to come back again, I would search for a different property which can offer more at this price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My stay at the property was excellent. From the food to the acommodation, everything was just perfect. We had a two days wedding function and all my guests were 100% Satisfied. The best venue for the wedding function especially their food is mind blowing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing hospitality, the hotel is following covid protocol which is appreciable.
Breakfast spread is very good with dishes for all age groups.
Staff is very polite, helpful and always willing to serve us better.
Rooms are quite spacious and well maintained.
We availed the gala dinner in 31st Dec night, which had grand spread of menu and had countless variety of dishes and my family just loved it.
We highly appreciate the efforts n services.
