★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good to stay.But many facilities are not there, one of the most important is the transport facility.You need to walk a lot to reach to the main road if you do nt have any personal vehicle.Moreover condition of roads get worse once it rains.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have beautiful homes. It is a 3BHK house. It only has borewell water for now. But it is at the edge of the city, thus the railway station and market are a bit far away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The duplexes are good, but the rooms are very small(probably 3 meters × 3 meters). A duplex contains 3 small bed rooms, 1 small kitchen, 1 small room for worshipping God, few spaces for keeping goods, two attached bathroom(commode) and one outside bathroom(Indian pan), 2 balconies(1 attached with a room) and obviously 1 terrace; most of the duplexes contains attached almira in all rooms. There is a drawing room at the ground floor.
Let me talk about the environmental and geological facts - (✔️=Good feature, ❎=Bad feature)
1. The place is quiet and pollution free.✔️
2. The society is NOT good - Inside the habitat(low effect) & outside the habitat.❎
3. No place for children(playing area), but they can play on the road.❎
4. ?The water is too much bad at this area, like pond water, smells very bad, you must need a RO+UV water filter.❎
5. Duplexes are good looking.✔️
6. You can park your small car in front of the duplex.✔️
7. Roads are in very bad condition.❎
8. A good view in the morning and evening, from terrace.✔️
9. No trees till now, but few plants are growing up, after 1-2 year, there will be some trees.❎
10. Many types of birds, you can see here.✔️
11. You may be disturbed by mosquitoes and other insects, at night.❎
12. Distance from main road is about 1.5-2 kms.❎
13. There is a community hall for the whole habitat.✔️
14. There is one security guard in front of the community hall, at entrance of the habitat. And perhaps one at the last lane(not sure). But it need more guards.❎
If you like to live only with your family, social interaction is very less, this place is best for you. And better for nature lovers. If you like social interaction, I will not suggest this place.
