★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 2 stars are from my experience during the latest visit. The young person who usually edits and helps me was not present today. Unfortunately i dont recall his name. the man who was in charge today wasn't helpful. Suggested that the print would look bright and fine even though we all could see how dark it was on screen. I suggested to make it brighter still but he didn't. The print came out dark. I suggested to print again on the same sheet different side(as the previous editor would always suggest ) but this guy said no. Said its okay we will print on new sheet and he after doing a little he already gave command without confirmation. And the print came out dark as well. Very dissatisfied. I wish the guy who usually does this work was present. I had to forcefully take both the prints cuz when i told them its of no use, they just said its no use to us too.. And i had to pay for Both the sheets. I had to pay for the poor editing done basically. Since the amount was 700 i opted to pay online. So i had to pay gst extra. If the guy did the job right i wouldn't have wasted so much money. He literally suggested that the low brightness artwork would come out fine! Poor experience in 2 years. And i traveled from far. For this. Plus they charged for cutting whi h they haven't in past 2 years. I would suggest to bring the rest of the staff back. Especially the guy who edits. (on first pc when you enter)
