Highly Dissatisfied with Shiva Tempo Service's both Packaging and Moving. Pankaj came along with his Partner Decent Partners and Movers for survey to my house. They acted professionally in first meeting, used face mask, used shoe cover, I was very impressed. But horror started on the day of packing. The Labour was provided very less packaging material compared to Material to be covered. Only Initial few items were packed properly that is 3 layer packing of bubble, board and lamination. After first 2 rooms the packaging material was finished by 12 noon. And then the rest of the items started getting packed in just single packing wrapped either with bubble wrap or card board roll. I called him at about 1 pm, first one of the labour was asked to arrange the material and after he failed to find any. I called him again in evening by 4 pm, he just kept delaying and finally came only by 10 pm with just one bubble roll and Lamination. This situation when, all the clothes and books were packed by us. Almost all electronics like AC, LED, MIXER, JUICER, Sound System all had its Original Packaging Intanct. Plus my new almirahs and a chair was already packed by Godrej. Some crockery and other material was already packed and kept as is from my last packaging. As much as 40% items were already packed and even then most items were not packed properly. Another horrendus thing was electrical equipments like Clothy Iron, extension were just put inside of washing machine, without any wrapping of any sort. The crockery was just thrown into cartons. And this is just the tip of Iceberg, the truck he brought with him was unable to accommodate the packaged items. Then the real game began, he was like in such short notice bigger truck will ask for 35 to 40k and those on the scene also need to be paid if we plan to go with some else. He was like for you I will provide additional smaller vehicle for just 15k at discounted rate. So his operatus morandi, to quote competitive prices initially and then inflate prices at the very last moment. Also when finally the loading was complete he withdraw from unloading, so he was like I will not be able to provide you any kind of unloading service at your destination. The experience with has been nothing short of horrific nightmare. EXTRA NOTE After my Horrendus Experience, I checked the ratings more closely only to realize most ratings are fake as all them have been posted on single date of 8 March. And if you look carefully at photos posted online on JUST DIAL, you will realize even the photos are also suspicious. If one looks closely the tape has markings of some other packers and movers,the packing was in no way close whats provided on ground.
