★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever. Whatever we order they send us the wrong item and we asked them to replace it they are saying its not our responsibility and they refuse to replace it. They don't have any sense of responsibility. Once they get there payment their work is over. They will not take any responsibility after that.
Don't ever buy anything from here.

Well your response is a little misleading for others to read. I have WhatsApp you all my reasons for giving you 1 star. If you want I can write all those reasons here too.
Your more than 50% Tiles are broken and you are blaming everything on loading trucks. This is just ridiculous. You are sending broken Tiles from your store and blaming the loading trucks for this.
