★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They need very mature experiences executive to answer all the queries of customer regarding Honda bikes & scooty. They are mainly focusing on how to manipulate the customer according their preferences not according to the customer preferences and suitability. They need to expose the customer relationship management for how to build a better relationship with their customers. My suggestion is to just improve the customer relationship by the executive end otherwise it's a good place to buy the Honda bike & scooty.... But they have chances to become best dealer in the city
