★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very well constructed apartment. Awesome ventilation and natural light from all directions. And building is located such that there will never be a compromise on ventilation and light. It is still under construction. It's a big builder floor apartment with no gym or pool. Parking space is good enough. Nice layout. No power backup inside home, available only for common area. A 3 bhk flat around 1380 sq ft costs between 56 to 60 lacs now. From what I have heard, shivaganga is a good builder.
