★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shivalik college at Naya Nangal is one of the most famous college in the area adjacent to Nangal township distt.Ropar.It is spread in vast area of 50 acre of land provided by the NFL in the jurisdiction of commucipal committee Naya Nangal. The college is managrd by the said committee without any grant in aid from the State govt.It is provided education to the students of Diploma course of Pharmacy for becoming Pharmacist.This degree college also run classes of B.Pharmacy since2005.Large number of students admittrd here from the local villages as well as from other state also.The main reason is college charges the govt.fee from the students and education and staff attitude is good with the public and students. So it is very useful to the residends.

All books of best authors are available in library at free of cost during semester.
All professors are very talented and help students to overcome their doubts.This college is situated aside main highways and roads where noise pollution is nil.Overall infrastructure is quite spacious to accomodate 200-300 students.Hostel facility is also available for girls just 1-minute walk from college
