It is worth to note that this company is still connected with their clients even after the deal is over in terms of events like blood donation camps, marathon and many festive celebrations. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a doctor. This is regarding Shivalik Square building which is new building but no fire NOC by Shivalik group. Multiple times told them but no clue they have regarding it. Lot of doctors working but no seriousness by Taral and Margie about it. Don't even pick up phone. Beware before buying in shivalik properties.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad builder.This company launches new project very loudly but does not complete in time. Shivalik Shilp II was launched in March 2016 but it is now near to complete after five and half year. Not desirable for small investor and buyer. There is no machinery to present your grievances. No body hear you.The person whom you present your problem have no authority and they don't allow us to meet higher authority to present the problem.
I WOULD SAY THE MOST BOGUS BUILDER OF GUJARAT.
Never go with this builder.

This is the corporate office of shivalik builders who are having multiple schemes across Ahmedabad city. Visit them for info on any schemes or for documentations or payment for the purchases. Cordial staff provides service with a smile.
