★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased my i20 in dec 2013 and after that only for free service i gave my car to hyundai service centre otherwise i done outside garage.
But now after 5 years from suggestion of my one of friend i given my car for service in shivalik hyundai and its really works.
Good service and kind staff.
Back of the mind i have one thought that company service centres only makes money but its wrong.
Jitesh thakar handle my car properly and changed related parts and aware for future damage.
But please arrange ac in common department also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shivalik hyundai is very pathetic.....don't do job at this workshop...thos employees left their job, this hyundai don't give him salary for that month...if employee fulfill their all legally document then also they don't give salary.....very pathetic company for all employee....and always do pathetic nature for employee.....don't go guays...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am the owner of Hyundai i20 Activ, and I met with an accident which caused a dent in the back side of car.
They first said it will be done within INR 10,000/- and we gave the go ahead.
Then, they asked it will be done in INR 25,000/- and now they are saying it will cost INR 40,000/-
They committed to complete the job in 7 days and now are asking for additional 7 days after 4 days have passed.
I request to take strict action against these malpractice.
