โ โ โ โ โ Very Bad Staff behavior, there are no any responsebility About patient, no cleaness, no safety of patient , In night shift all staff are slipping during work, No cardless transaction, very bad behavior of nurses admin and reception staff, very bad service compare of charges. Only Dr. Ankit katariya is very supportive and good cunsltant. Other staff is very chip.. Requesting all No need to Treatment here.

โ โ โ โ โ Great atmosphere in hospital & very near to Viratnagar. Charges is affordable for middle class family. Staff is very supportive & first time I have seen huge nursing & cleaning staff in hospital. Doctor's names are not famous but very knowledgeable & naive.

โ โ โ โ โ The treatment provided is very good but I would like to bring my experience to the notice of administration that I have to wait for OPD for about 45 minutes without any patient in que and answer received from reception that doctor is on round for indoor patients. Time of OPD and round for indoor patient should not be same.
It is understandable to wait if patients are in que but it is not justified and not reasonable to wait for a long time without any que of patient.
Please look into matter.

โ โ โ โ โ One of the worst hospital I HV ever seen no proper treatment no cleaninnes, rude bheaviour of staffs and the worst part is toilet room and it is opposite to operation room .
They ask us to maintain hygiene but staff them self are not following it. They wear the same slippers to toilet and they go in the ICU literally worst hospital not even worth for one star ..
Staff nurse and other faculty's doesn't even know the names of medicine and IAM sure that they not well educated in medical field..

โ โ โ โ โ No...Dont go at Shivalik multispeciality hospital.....Worst ever hospital and there is no permanent dr are there so dr just came for 30 min and check every patient and will go. If are critical don't go these.
1) mostly use local medicine which rate are more then double of branded madicin
2) Try to push to stay there even you don't have any issue in body
3) once u admit charges are too high even Zydus hospital don't charge
4) behavior of medical store person and most of Doctors are egoistic and will kip u in dark to make money.
Real experience - when pation was there oxigen level was 92 just after next day 85. They have inform any time need to be shift ICU. Then we wish to take advise from other doctor and they started rude behaviour. Doctor asked to do so many reports we have done near around 20k rs. We have asked to leave from here they have charged 50k rs for 2 days + 9k medicine. Then within 3 hr we have riched at lugs specialist and waited for 5 hr there.New dr has checked oxigen level now it's 97....hows it possible. New dr give 3 days medicine and asked for bed rest at home. Now all good.....it was just normal cough.

โ โ โ โ โ My father had a knee replacement in this hospital. Staff was very helpful and good. Dr Shaishav Soni and Dr Hitesh Patel helped a lot during hospitalization. Cashless process was also very smooth because of Parth sir. My father could walk after the 3rd Day of operation/1st day of discharge.
