★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good experience. Not a pet friendly society. What kind of human beings dont have compassion towards harmless animals.
Still using submeter and charging extra for electricity. Even when bses rates are way down. Water problems in summer and water charges also high when dda provides free drinking water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice society, Very low maintenance charge compated with others in Dwarka. Litlle ceepages are there. 24/7 Water Supply. With Generator given to every flat. Good ventilation is there in flats specially in front 3BHK (east facing). Behind it has a DDA Park which is reguraly maintained. At front it has DMS Milk Booth were all daily need is there and fruits sellers as well as with vegetables seller. Near to Ramphal Chowk where everything is available. It also near to good schools like ITL Public and Shiksha Bharti School.
