★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only a bookstore. Also this book store only caters to SCHOOL TEXTBOOKS. Many schools use their services to provide academic textbooks. We had purchased the academic years textbooks from the school. One of the textbooks had missing pages. In order to replace the book, we visited this store. Once I showed the missing pages to the person at the counter, he was kind enough to acknowledge the mistake. He didn't require the bill (which we had carried with us) and he replaced the book, no questions asked.
In this case, I am happy with the service.
The store is within a compound on the main street leading to 'Pumo House'. There is an opportunity to park a car outside the compound. If you are heading there on a motorcycle, you can park in side the compound. The store can be spotted from the street with any hassles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of the home delivery number. According to Shivam book shop employees, it is fake/ fraud.
Today I had tried that number, they said, only 'delivery' is possible. You don't have to come to the book shop. Send them the book pics, and then pay online and after that you will get the delivery.
As I was not having the pics, so I decided to personally visit the shop. After talking to the shop employees, I got to know that the number, on which I had a chat 2hrs back was a fake.
