★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially when the owner was there all was well. Yes there is no concession on medicine unless asked.. owner is a very helpful person. Promptly sends medicnes when he is around... except Shivaji all the other staff on the counter is not at all trained. They have no customer managing manners.
They take the orders and forget till we contact. Request the owner to personally train them. Shivaji is the only person who manages well.
