This rating is for the Pollution Certificate Booth installed at the premises of Petrol Pump. The person sitting at the pollution booth is issuing PUC certificate without checking the emissions of the vehicle. When asked him to check the emissions of my vehicle, he abruptly said that it takes so much time and gave example of other services in the city. It is completely unprofessional and he even issued certificate in my name and I did not get any message or anything. I denied taking that certificate.
I request the owners to kindly see the matter.
The fuel services are good.
