we only chose this hospital as it comes under our TPA panel but we did a huge mistake by doing this.
The hospital is too pathetic to stay as they over charge on everything like medicines, lab tests(echo and ultrasound), and as well as on rooms.
The i.c.c.u doesnt seems to like its name, it can be compared to a general ward of a good hospital

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my wife admitted to this hospital on 25th December '17. The only reasons I chose this hospital is, it comes under my TPA panel.
Now I wish I had admitted her somewhere else.
Hospital rooms are so pathetic still they charge like five star hotels.
Their services are so untimely still they bill like a brand hospital and they charge you more than Fortis, Medanta or Max.
For a cesarean delivery of my wife they charged my over 70k,
TPA approved 50k and rest I had to pay.
I would recommend you not to go to this hospital ever. Even if you have the option to go to a local clinic, it is preferred over Shivam Hospital.
I will never go to this hospital again.
Very pathetic experience!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor are not present most of the time.
Services provide are not as par by the standards of price the charge so no value for money.
Its a basic hospital with no facilities like ct and mri .
They are not emergency ready.
They just know how to loot your money.
Their patients monitor, ecg and all other equipment are not as par as compared to.other hospitals.
Their beds are also now clean mostly.
I don't recommend this hospital for anyone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst hospital which shouldn’t be at all eligible for CoVoid vaccine.
First - Not aware of process, seems confused in managing. No lift available to hop to 3 floors.
Second - Most Important for +60 aged people vaccine is done and they are not providing certificate even after following two times in different days and saying they don’t have print facility or not available. But they proudly charge 250/- for vaccine and say you can take print out from anywhere. Shameless. Need to report them to DM of city and will be getting it done.
Big mistake to opt them for CoVoid vaccination for parents

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good hospital. They even charge for ambulance from myself although I showed TPA. only Star Health TPA is required. not supportive teams they have. They also don't have their specialist doctors. They call doctors from outside.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dirty and unhyegenic. Took a super deluxe room for ₹4000 and got a place worse than a public toilet. Wish the ICMR would look at it. Rotted sofa, rusted patient's bed and leaky toilets are part of the package.
Only reason why its survived is because of a couple of good doctors.
