Dont ever send your household goods or vehicle through them. worst service.donot keep their promise. And are not fair. They take more than double the time if what other transporters take.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: The packing boxes are of Haldiram's wafer and namkeens which are not made to hold heavy items or books. These give in and are pathetic in protecting your items.
One of the worst services ever!! The Packing team was in a super rush to pack stuff and they packed all of our stuff haphazardly and in such a disorganized manner that we are still struggling to find our individual items. The packing men were not only unprofessional but also super rigid, they won't listen to our suggestions and some items were packed so roughly that they got scratches and were damaged via our AC outdoor unit. We had booked APML a month ago for shifting from another place and their service is far far better than Shivam.
While shifting the moving team of Shivam minorly damaged the rental property as well. They were clueless in terms of handling items.
Lastly, after all the haste and rough handling, they have the audacity to sugar-coatingly ask for tip and token apology for any shortcomings.
Me and parents are now struggling to piece our items and house together.
Dirty clothes are with our washed clothing, kitchen utensils are found with bathroom cleaning items.
Soiled clothes in books, wall clocks in between soiled jeans. All of this when we had strictly asked to keep it all separate.
But the packers were insanely rabidly filling in the boxes as if they were possessed.
The entire duplex was emptied within 4 hours. 20 years of accumulated memories, items, important things, and expensive stuff was just stuffed into weak boxes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please be aware they don't value words. Initially they will quote some price later they will send bill with some other price. Please be careful and check everything before you take the service from them. Luckily I read the bill shared by them and could find out how the price was mentioned by party.. which means the party will pay! Additional amount which no where is mentioned in the bill....
