They are fully professional and in this COVID situation they only wast money nothing else I had worst experience please try visiting some general medical store rather than shivam it’s ridiculous.

But now during this lockdown crisis I need some urgent medicines which I ordered online on 24.03.2020, with promise for home delivery on 29.93.2020 by 9am. No body turned up neither picking up my phone. Im in serious trouble. This is nit expected from. My order no. is 1 on 24.03.2020

When we told them tht we want medicine with X quantity, then he express tht they will not exchange after bill. We said yes..
Then he started to repeating the same sentence several time, when we already give cash and said tht we want this medicine.
