★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called them this morning to ask about their service, they bragged about it for ages and when I asked them if they could guarantee atleast 50% of the speed they claimed, they said they will get back to me in two hours. Fast forward four hours, I am waiting at home with a brand new router . When I called them to enquire about the installation, they said that they are a customer oriented company and will not guarantee anything, as such, they had decided to not render their service to me. Weird customer orientation I should say.
