★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wrost Service i have ever seen in my life, highly recommended not to buy anything from this shop, people are very arrogant and rude, owner hemant bhai is just talking and giving fake commitments, machine received open box, not even packed, autowala need a labour to get the machine down from auto, sales man fake commitments, whole staff is wrost.
I think Haier has to take action on this by giving their brand to some responsible person instead of unprofessionals, else god bless Haier..

Product quality also very bad, i have purchased cold display and less than sux month there compressor was faild in a two tym.The team's technicians did not visit Par for two days, my business also lost and there sales manager (Ketan patel) didn't pick my call or msg reply. Very worst service
I suggest don't buy products from Shivam refrigeration.
