β β β β β I ordered few doors and windows of Tata Pravesh from Shivam Steel.After delivery of the articles when the technicians came to install the doors they found the exterior lock was missing from the sealed tool kit box. They installed the door without that lock.We've heard about that incident Ronit the proprietor of Shivam Steel came personally, took the photos of half finished installation and assured me that lock would be fitted within 2 days. Exactly within 48 hours mechanics from Tata cams and finished the lock installation.
I really very happy and contended, the way Shivam Steel went an extra mile for their customers. His approach to the customers is very sincere and responded very responsibly.
