★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked the officials to open a new account here and from last three weeks they are not able to do that, saying there is a problem in the system , some of the staff members are fine but others hardly knows how to deal with the customers, especially the experienced one...it felt like they don't know anything .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very lazy people here. They talk rudely and make you send to him and then to her. Staff are talking about their personal problems. They don't even provide instructions properly. Many at times, the machines are also malfunctioning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father is retired govt officer having account in patparganj but now we shifted to Vaishali.
The pnb staff vaishali including Manager ANIL KUMAR refused to take the pnb patparganj branch check & told us to go to patparganj Branch to get his pension. They are very rude & behaviour is unprofessional.
Where is digital india PNB.??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SUCH A LAZY BANK I HAVE NEVER SEEN BEFORE. THE PEOPLE BEHAVIOUR TOWARDS CUSTOMER IS WORST THEY THINK THEY ARE USELESS NO WORK SO THEY COME TO BANK FOR TIMEPASS. FOR ONE WORK THEY HAVE MULTIPLE EXCUSES. I WANT TO REQUEST EVEYONE IF UY R GOING TO OPEN ANY ACCOUNT IN VAISHALI BRANCH PLZ DON'T GO....OTHERWISE U R GOING TO SUFER A LOT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It does not deserve even one star. The staff is very rude towards customers. The “server” keeps on crashing leaving customers waiting for hours. I had closed all my accounts from this bank and hope others will find a better options than this.

Either they don't want to help the customer or they don't want to help their customer, completely waving off their hand from their duty.
Details shared by customer care and branch of same organisation is completely different.
We can't make any written communication with customer care as they ask we need to do that from branch and employees of the branch don;t want to do that.
