About SHIVANI AYURVEDA-Best Ayurvedic Clinic in Dharamsala
I am an Ayurveda doctor with 18+ years of work experience. I had thousands of 1:1 consultations, 36 international projects in Europe and the US and I actively work in my clinic in India. All of that made me realise one thing – at a certain point, we all have to learn how to express ourselves, take care of our emotions, health and build meaningful relationships.
I am a wife and mother, who enjoys all the aspects femininity brings and understands it struggles as well. I strive to live a full-filled life building a meaningful relationship with my family and my beautiful students, patients and clients.
Currently I offer Online courses for Holistic health practitioners to train in Ayurvedic consultancy, offer Holistic Consultation and Coaching for High performers and organise lectures and workshop which promote Ayurveda in an applicative form in the modern society.

β β β β β I am just finishing my coaching program with dr Shivani and I feel overwhelmed with gratitude and joy. I congratulate myself everyday for taking the decision to start this coaching as it was not a natural decision for me. β β β β β A wonderful clinic at the foot of the Himalayas, where my husband and I spent a very transforming time. The Panchakarma process under the supervision of Dr. Shivani and Dr. Mahesh allowed us to take care of health at the deepest levels in a sense of security and under the supervision of wonderful doctors. Dr. Mahesh also looks after our one-year-old son since he was one month. Thanks to this, our son is a healthy and smiling child and full of energy. There are many ayurveda offerings around the world but Dr. Shivani Sood and Dr. Mahesh Kumar have a deep knowledge about holistic healing and ancient therapies like Marma therapy with which they are not just able to vitalize the body and mind but also to heal serious health problems and therefore differentiate from many others. Additionally, Dharamshala/Bhagsunag is a great place to be and they have a lovely hotel and engaged employees.
