★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is the worst I have done hair business with. They sent me synthetic hair calling it raw virgin human hair. The hair smells bad, it had lice, it tangles, it shreds and also i think it's horse tail. Customers from USA please stop buying and patronizing this hair company and I am also going to report them to business bureau immediately. The staff/owner have refused to respond to any of my complains and concerns. They texted me saying they will replace the synthetic horse tails they sent to me 6 weeks ago and I have not received any hair back and today is December 20th 2018. I regret sending my hard earned money to India. They deserve one star or less.

The staff/owner send me the wrong order, I spent $1292.00 for my order and get the wrong order. I have complained over and over, they won’t refund my money or replace my order. They have refused to respond to any of my complains and concern. I regret sending my hard earned money to India. Lesson well learned. Never make this mistake again. They deserve one star or less.
