★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shivranjan Towers is a cooperative society, located on the way to the famous Someswarwadi Temple. The location is extremely good for staying with all the daily shops at a walking distance, just outside the gate. There are about 400 families living in this society and the building construction is quite good and spacious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Society is in good locality and location wise it's not that bad.. But it should be maintained properly.. Grass needs cutting, the society clubhouse is more of a abandoned party hall and needs much work..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friends used to stay here. It's a good apartment complex with various wings. It has a park and playground for children.
The famous Sanjay sports is just walking distance from here with football and cricket turf, basketball court and a pool table. 10X gaming zone, shops and some cafés in the vicinity are a benefit.
Only drawback is that there are a lot of speed breakers and meagre visitors parking.

Very good ventilation.
Lot of open space.
Covered parking for each building
Small but beautiful garden in the society.
Entire open space is covered with almond trees.
I have seen many parrots on these trees.
Each flat has elevated balcony

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place.. people are good... Guards are helpful.. market is nearby.. and food could be delivered late after mid night... Benefit of natural atmosphere, enriched with lots of trees and greenery. Being an old society, it has the benefit of great community. It has amazing feel in the morning. Have been living here since past 3 months, and I have to say it's a great place for family to live.
