★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Given a choice I will not even rate this place as 0 star. Worst service ever. I have booked my cylinder on 11 July 2019,still waiting for the delivery of the same. Last time since their delivery executive could not find my address I had to go and collect it personally. Today i tried calling them more than 30 times continuously but they never answer the phone.. Highly disappointed with this. They are defaming a brand like HP gas with such irresponsible employers in their office. I have attached the screenshot of the call register, which shows how many times i have called these people. The lady who answered my call last week said cylinder will be delivered tomorrow, her tomorrow is yet to come. Worst service provider ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The working staff doesn't have manner how to behave with the customers. After booking and making an online payment for cylinder everytime I need to visit the agency to collect the payment receipt. Not providing delivery on time also Very bad service by staff and delivery team.

The person in here who is responsible for documentation work is very rude and unclear to the customers about any terms and conditions about connections or process. They always have some kind of reason to force the customer in doing something.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Disappointed staff, I have pay money for new connection, I have give my right mobile number for registration, but staff updated wrong number. And also not given me book in time, take 15 days no any communication. I am asking for staff why update my number was wrong, I am unable to book cylinder staff speaking with me arrogantly. I regret availing the service in this agency.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was very bad experience for applying new connection on 02.02.2022.
Despite they have all four woman staff,They have very rood, arrogant and ignorant behavior. They gave low quality gas stove, low quality gas cable without screw ring, low quality plastic cylinder base.
They forced us to buy their gas stove which was very bad quality rating 1 star. They told about process of inspection by their technician of current gas stove at home, which must be not older than 1 year of use and we had to provide bill of gas stove.Ridiculous and funny ????
If their technician finds gas stove is in good condition then only they approve your new gas connection.
Very pathetic experience.
