β β β β β A 5 star experience. Recently done the total laparoscopic hysterectomy for my wife. Dr. Ramesh (a well qualified and experienced surgeon) explained the total procedure and before the surgery and carried out the surgery in a very comfortable way and we have got discharged in 2 days. Totally satisfied with the procedure done, hospital atmosphere. Friendly staff, nurse etc. Mr. Devaraj coordinated well to ensure the expenses are covered thru our Insurance. Overall , very happy .

β β β β β I want to thank both Dr.Ramesh sir and shobha ma'am, Both are very friendly, caring towards their patients, very humble. Felt very safe in their hands...I cant explain about ramesh sir, very very down to earth person, he has lot of patience,never feels bad for our doubts, always responds to patient even after surgery.i recommend shobha hospital.All sisters and mr. Devraj very nice staff.

β β β β β My son was born here. It's really a very good hospital with all the facility. The doctor and the staff are really attentive and prompt to all our needs.
It's a very good hospital to meet all the Maternity needs.
We were so lucky that we did not pay a penni even after the discharge.
There was some problem with the insurence claim from third party, for which they patiently waited and then we paid the rest of the expenses.

β β β β β I been in BTM Layout from many years and my wife visited the hospital as Out Patient few times in the past.
Recently we had to undergo an operation and decided to get it done at this hospital, below are my inputs:
1. Dr. Ramesh took time in explaining the issue, explained the options available for the cure and also provided suggestions which was helpful in our decision making
2. Dr. Shobha was greatly involved in supporting us during the entire course of the event right from initial screening till post op visits
3. Staff at the hospital are very supportive both front desk and also nurses in the ward
4. Facility is well maintained, you could see it once you visit
5. rooms are cleaned twice a day and bathrooms are maintained clean and tidy
6. I would like to really applaud the staff in their insurance claim support provided
7. You have ample parking and many places nearby to support patient attendants during hospital stay
Thank you Dr.Shobha and Dr.Ramesh for your support, and also would like to thank staff.

β β β β β My wife has consulted Dr. Shobha for a pregnancy related sickness.. I found Shobha to be very kind, patient and considerate towards her patients. She listened to us patiently and treated my wife very well. My wife was feeling good after the treatment. I would recommend this hospital whole heartedly.
