★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop has been in city for quite sometime and has a name when it come to ethnic shopping.I did my wedding shopping from this place as i have always been a regular at their boring road branch this time i went to the newly opened Anisabad branch and my expectations came to a dead end because of the quality of cloth they sold me in great confidance,i have been a ethnic pwrsin all my life so make it a point asking the washing do and don't (which is imperative of you pay a hefty amount for a cloth piece). What happened withbmy purchase is the they told me that i can wash it in milf detergent and suit piece i took was gorgette which had parsi work all over it.The wash was disastrous infact it wasn't even a clear wash i just dipped it in water and colour that the cloth shed was shocking.i went to the store because i was upset because of the qulity and they denied it on my face. they denied that it's their responsibility and told me that they will get back to me which of course they never did. infact i had to call back after waiting for three days and had such a laid back response to it. This is not how you establish your customer base and definately not when it comes to people which come to your place regularly expecting quality shopping.
