★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have to do empty stomach blood test for sugar in pregnancy I have asked them what time they open they said 8 Am when I reached there at 8 they haven't opened till 8.25 very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called them up before taking the appointment to ask about a particular test and the scenarios and they agreed to work upon on after listening to me on the call. When I reached there for the test, they bluntly asked to leave and infact provided me with information which when I googled proved incorrect. Highly disappointing

They called me in the evening for report.
Staff is good.
They used new syringe for blood test.
Routine checkup is around ₹320.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst labs came across Pune. Firstly highly expensive comparative to other labs, secondly worst staff, the guy came to our place to collect blood we paid him full money later he called us up and said that 100 rs were pending somehow we missed paying. Later after collecting blood report we were suppose to get culture report after 4 days. Our patient was admitted the staff did not have the decency to call us inform us that the Report was ready. These shameless people kept on calling us for 100rs but did not tell us about the report was ready. When we complained that why were we not informed the staff member replied that we do not have such procedure of calling and telling that the report is ready. ( but they have the procedure to call for their money . Their 100rs is important and what about our 1660/- ?? Isn’t that lmportant ? People are dependent on the labs for their further treatment and they show such kind of carelessness towards the patient. I would request Dr. Mandlik to look into this and change their working procedure.
I highly not recommend this lab. Highly disappointed:(

The reports can be obtained in 24 hours.
