Last time when I went to shop for buying sandals for wedding for me and my sister they were so polite my God
At same time a poor woman who had come with a girl how's marriage was there.
They came to exchange the sandal which they took and it was damaged within a day
And the way they humiliated the woman
I just got out buying and went to Mumbai to shop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When they sell they speak properly. When servicing work is to be done they are rude. All duplicate quality brands plus worst customer service, if you purchase a shoe, within 9 to 10 months sole pasting will come off..poor products, poor service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was arrogant. I was not loving shoes he was showing and decided not to buy and he was like "chahiye hi nahi the toh itne nikalwaye hi kyu". No doubt shoes were good the atmosphere is also good but if you're running a business you should look after your costumers you are earning because of them. Costumers have their choices all costumers have different nature and you should take care of it.
