Worst service.
Once they sell their product,Their employees behave like CEO of Honda.
I have given my scooter for repair and it's been 50 days they are still saying part is not available.
Pathetic service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Services are not up to mark.. Specially Ranjeet and female staff behaviour is very unprofessional. She behaves like they are designated as deputy commissioner. And no any respect of customers after sale service.. In short needs so much improvement on the behaviour and attiquetes..

I recently got service of my cbr 250r done here. Overall attitude of staff is non-cooperative.
The technician used wrong engine oil in my bike, even on the bill, the engine oil was wrong. I got my old bills from honda and they used correct engine oil earlier as mentioned by the company. Now they are used wrong one. First they don't let us superwise our vehicle's service, no customers are allowed in the service area.
I went in at the end of the service to check everything and found wrong engine oil containers in the dustbin. Upon asking the technician, he replied "spares wale ne ye hi diya" i replied "bhai ye to scooty me dalta hai". He told me that he didn't know. I raised the issue to the floor manager.
She saidthat it is the only engine oil available and is recommended by honda. This is a false statement. During billing, I made sure that every employee in the agency knew they filled wrong engine oil in my bike.
I care for my bike but sorry guys I don't want it destroyed by your wrong doings. I bought the product because i liked i

I get my bike's service done in chd, solan, mandi, sarkaghat and at many more centres.
These guys are the worst

Service manager have no sense about dealing customers.
No one have good enough knowledge how to repair bike.
Doing experiments on customers bike.
I've visited twice for a same problem the problem still a challenge for them.
I suggest to visit another service centre or local mechanics.
