★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was asked to pay for taking membership saying it is free of cost as full money will be refunded back in my bank account..but after paying them I did not receive any email and when I called their customer care, no action was taken against that person for providing wrong information..and it was then clarified that 300 points will b added to my shoppersstop account for which first I have to send mail to change my mail id..else i will never be able to use my account points... if everything has to be done by customer then why they did not provide correct information beforehand..it is not about money..it is about lying to your customers and giving them fake information.. please stop doing that..else products are good.. there are different brands available here..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is so confusing and I can never find what I am looking for myself and/or family. Once in blue moon if I you find something then relevant size won't be their. Shopper's stop really needs to reinvent itself for better and innovative customer experience.

Today I received a called from here and they asked my requirements according to my needs and they really helped me to find out what I need and the staff was really very good and polite to me. I am really very satisfied with them and their services, and the offers they are having right now is really very suitable. Once the store is open I would like to visit this place. They really deserve ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One stop shop to find all the middle class’ aspirational affordable brands like Levis, Adidas, LP, Van Huesen etc. they have discounts running almost every day of the year, except for the fresh stock. One god thing is the service, you will always find someone to hell you out with the final pricing or the discounts or finding the exact size.
Pro tip : don’t fall for the offers where they say buy for (say) 5000 and get a American Tourister bag. The bag is of inferior quality when compared to the standard AT bags.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This anchor store at the MGF Metropolitan Mall will not disappoint you! Spread over the ground and first floors, this store offers a wide variety of men's, women's & kids fashion along with an excellent range of accessories and toys. Along with the branded garments, they have a good variety of their own fashion label "Stop". The collection of watches and perfumes here is impressive. The staff are quite helpful. The only issue here is that the billing counters are a bit under staffed and hence you'll end up spending a bit more time than you'd really want. The end of season sale is a major attraction at this store!!

Has a good collection overall. One would definitely find what they are looking for.
I have been to bigger Shoppers stop than this one but one wouldn't be disappointed after visiting.
Only suggestion/feedback would be to improve/increase the sports and active wear collection, rest they have a good collection.
Definitely a 5 star experience! Do pay a visit if you are
