โ โ โ โ โ I am giving 3 stars to shopper stop because i bought sugar cosmetic from here for my wife out of which one eye liner was not working which I also complained but shopper stop executive refused to return and exchange.
And i also complained to the customer care of shopper stop but i didn't get any solution for that.

โ โ โ โ โ Very Worst exchange policy ever. First time I disappointed in any brand. Whenever you go to for shopping, they applying lots of butter to buy their products but if you want exchange they will be changed. Manager was very rude while replying and said "Aapko jo review Dena he vo dedo hame kuch fark nahi padta"?. I request people that don't buy any products from SHOPPERS STOP u can buy same product from others outlet with good after sales service.

โ โ โ โ โ I visited shoppers stop on 19th March 2022 with my family. There I saw a board that 1 t-shirt at Rs 999 and 2 at 1599. Selected 2 t-shirts but the person available there told that the scheme is not available on your size though the t-shirts were selected from the same lot. I said them that why u have put the scheme tag on this lot they said the scheme is size wise and they have put the tag on all. I called the store manager Sh patel who instead of realizing mistake said that "เคเคชเคเฅ complaint เคธเฅ เคฎเฅเคเฅ เคเฅเค เคซเคฐเฅเค เคจเคนเฅ เคชเคเคคเคพ". I am deeply disappointed with the shoppers stop.

โ โ โ โ โ One item was priced 704 rupees. Your cash counter did not have change. I had to pay 750 rs. Cashier wasn't willing to forego 4 rs as he said it was from his pocket. In whose pocket did the 46 rupees go?
Matter is not about the chump change. Matter is about customer service and good policy. Shoppers stop is a predatory brand on so many levels. This is just an example. Look at the point system and arbitrary policy regarding this. At entry they take personal data like phone number. Without sharing your personal phone number you can't shop.

โ โ โ โ โ This store is bad. But not an aberration. It is like Nokia phone in 2022. It used to be good and some still find it good but its utility is long gone.
They run the store on scam model. People use their black money to buy stuff without any trace or semblance of it.
Company has a point system which is ludicrous if not downright fraudulent.
Avoid Shoppers stop. Use it to take clothes trial and then buy online. At least they care about their customers a little. Here salesmen are helpful only till the time money is not paid. Once you pay, you can go to hell. Neither company cares, nor do any staff.

โ โ โ โ โ Pathetic! I went there to buy some Indo western clothes. They had the 50% discount tags put up on the price tag stickers. As soon as they gauged that I'm interested in buying a set, they then conveniently started to remove the discount tag. At the billing counter, they did not offer me the discount and said the discount period is over.
If the discount period was over, they should have immediately removed those tags rather than waiting for me to buy. They should understand that Indian customers are price sensitive and if they want to play these tactics, then I'm sorry I won't visit the store again in my life nor recommend anyone to visit anywhere across locations.
Even the manager started explaining me that there is a company disclaimer that the offer can be revoked at any point of time. Well I do understand and respect that policy, but it can't be in such a manner that they will remove those discount tags at their convenience.
I'm sure that they won't have received the notification of scrapping the offer as soon as I went on to purchase.
