This store is superbly located and very good range of merchandise.
The very first store of Shoppers Stop is a must visit if in Andheri.
The range n price is affordable for select merchandise and a little higher for others. The ground floor is just the place to visit n buy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to sunglasses section on ground floor had to buy sunglasses Ray-Ban P but no one on counter attained me for almost 5 minutes. Only 1 other customers was taking trial. I approached them but still same feed back.
Went again after visiting perfumes section but again same response at sunglasses section.
If it was too crowded i can understand but when you don't have customers and give such bad service ?
Hence won't go for shopping again here. I think here customers are judged on their appearance and then attained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop is very nice and clean. Employees need to be trained to have knowledge of products. They were clueless of difference between ink pen and ball pen. Had to call third person and she was unaware of it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited today, on 19th Aug 21. Very well disciplined... Each & Every staff was with mask... very polite... Security guards were very helpful.. ?
Only wonder was - Only one bill / collection counter, on 1st floor was operative, for entire 3 storied shoppimg mall ? Why ?... ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have visited to shoppers stop Andheri and Fayaz who works in The Body Shop has really good knowledge about product and he guided me very well with his product knowledge. Really nice and go on 9 skies for customer. And the product is also good. I have bought shower gel and result is really good. Such people deserve promotion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the biggest shoppers stop i have been to. Good service and good staff. Choice of clothes is nice. Good trial rooms. Reasonable prices during sales. One star less is for the check out services. It takes really long for billing. Overall a good experience. Would definitely visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good range of collection and choice. You will find all the reputed brands available in the store. Storage spacious and very well planned out. Parking is available. Staff is helpful. Prices at shoppers stop first lightly on the higher side but very good value for money specially during sales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to shopper's stop in March 2022 for some quick urgent shopping. The staff at the BlackBerry shirts section was very helpful and patient and helped me a lot with the clothes and fitting. The alterations were also done quite quickly.
The only improvement I would suggest(which is also the reason not to give a five star review) is that the billing desk executive who was very pushy about selling the shopper's stop membership even though I did not want it. Even after my repeated confirmation that I did not want any membership or rewards programs he was quite insistent which was not a good experience.
