★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to hangout for window shopping and as well as for doing shopping...lot of branded clothes available for kids,women and mens...The parking fee is free for 2 wheelers and 4 Wheeler vehicles... Only Frankie shop is available for food.. Need to increase the shops for quick bite...apart from that everything is excellent and the maintenance is also so good... One should visit the mall...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am currently in Abu Dhabi, UAE & wanted to gift my fiance a Fossil watch along with our names engraved on it on her birthday. My fiance lives in Vijayawada, So, I tried fossil's indian website, but engraving option isn't available, also it was taking 5-7 days for delivery. So I checked online about engraving and came across Shoppers stop website in my search. So they had this WhatsApp chat link and when I clicked on it, it took me to a WhatsApp chat, where in, I was assigned a personal shopper, Ms. Neelima, upon entering the pincode of Vijayawada. She guided me through the details and made the process so smooth that I have almost felt that I'm in Shoppers stop store physically!!
I did the purchase online, she arranged for engraving, gift wrapping and delivery as promised within couple of hours. That's remarkable????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales men need to be more active in assisting shoppers. First couple of minutes felt like I was being avoided. Next the person who I caught did try his best to show me around but did not tell me that they had regular fit trousers also available until I trialled 2-3 pieces and almost gave up. Colorplus is available in the plus sizes but quite pricey. Variety of products is lower

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. We came for a movie and in the meanwhile wanted to visit the mall but the security gaurd herself won't allow us . Says it's bcz of managerial pressure. How come such shops get customers then?
