★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good shop in nearby locality but every item is available on MRP. No discounted price. In few items, I noted difference in price up to 20% online v/s store.
Owner should provide max possible discount to its customer. My two cents.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the good convenience stores in the area run by Malayalis from Kerala and Thubai (Dubai).you get alkost everything here.Also there are chat and momo shops right outside which serve delicious food.These are kept wifh a reason, to attract crowd to the locationThey have nicely planned racks and alkost everythung available.The first floor has a lot of other home supplies that you might need and also cutlery and crockery and other every day gift items.

Lack of well experienced staff.
No proper structure.
Poor remuneration and unclear remuneration when hiring.
Advice to Management
1. Get a good working environment, it is very important to staff moral.
2. Hire some experienced people, this will guaranty you fast growth. You are learning what people have already leant.
3. Be clear to prospective staff about remuneration before hiring, the trust starts breaking once you …

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No offer on any products. Even oil price is costlier then the local shops. Better to avoid buying any items from here. I usually purchase if I don't find any item from Reliance fresh or other local shops

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ample parking space right in front of the store (for two-wheelers) and the momo and chat stalls outside are pretty great.
Has daily essentials, snacks, health and household stuff. Also has a stationary and gift section on the first floor.
The only downside - and a pretty evident one - is the lack of space inside the store, a little too congested so it makes it a bit hard to move around comfortably.
