I had done my smoothning twice from this salon and there hair styling person is so unprofessional that he burned my virgin hair twice... Please please i request u don't go for this salon ever. And then i chopped them till my shoulder length

The staff is not professional and needs to know how to behave! They do not value their customers and the staff needs to be either replaced or taught how to speak politely. Everything was fine until the lady employee named queen stained the T-shirt while applying the hair Color on my sister’s hair and said Dhoke penh Lena ya fir nimbu laga Lena, after washing the cloth the stain did not go away and as we visited today to get the rest of the services we told them it didn’t work and what resolution do they have as the T-shirt was new and worn just once! They said ek do baar Dhoke pehn lo and the queen took the T-shirt and washed and rubbed the cloth until the cloth was completely destroyed and we denied accepting back the T-shirt. The employees including the lady involved went in a room in front of us and then she said loudly “ paise aithne ajaate h” guys do you accept to listen to this when you have spent 10-15k in a single day over a salon? PATHETIC experience! The manager and the lady then started arguing and shouting on my sister. Which made me shout at them pointing out that a customer will not pay for mistakes made at your end and learn to speak to people properly. The other employees kept staring at us in anger like if they were gonna hurt us! I would never recommend anyone to visit such a place! Five star ratings given are from those close to the owner of the salon. The manager did not connect us with the owner and kept arguing and denying that we cannot do anything from our end. But when the manager saw that his employee has misbehaved he asked another female employee to buy one and get back. As she got back in the salon she threw the carry bag in front of my sister saying 700 ki T-shirt ke lie rore h and went away! If the situation is the same in coming months, Showstopper L’Oréal V3S mall will carry a bad name and their reputation will deteriorate as they deal with each new customer! We never wanted the T-shirt we asked for a resolution cause their attitude and behaviour wasn’t up to the mark. As we came out from the mall, my sister gave away that T-shirt to a beggar! Apart from this I will make sure this message reaches to the concerned company handle too! If the employee would have warned us that the T-shirt could have stained, we could have taken precautions but they never told us about the same and the beautician lady who went on to get a new T-shirt was really arrogant and throwing away the the carry bag in front of us was really disrespectful! They even offered us some free services but we denied cause that is not what you look for when such things happen, we’ve made up our mind and will never visit this branch of Show stopper ever! I would suggest you to visit another Branch or go for another brand if you want better customer experience! Good service and experience is what customers expect, they do not want money from your pocket! Manager even tried to charge us extra asking us for 18% extra GST, which is where I noticed that they did not give us a bill and the irony is they do not have a billing machine at their end. He said we provide “kaccha bill”. Like seriously? How can you ask for 18% extra for a service without a bill? Is that acceptable? They do not have fixed prices and owner decides and tell the manager to charge the customer extra and I heard them say it when I first visited the salon! Their lines were- ye jo nayi waali aayi h isko 1000 nhi 1450 and so on he decided extra charges for all the services that lady availed! I’ve got a few videos with me proving what happened with us! If the same happens with everyone who visits the place, it”ll bring a bad name to the brand! #wasteofmoney #payingtogetdisrespected. SAHIL was an exception(the guy with a pony tail) he was a great guy!

I wish I could give less than a star to this salon.They are so unprofessional. I did my smoothing there and they ruined my hair.when I complained they did nothing.they were not even polite and didn't even say sorry. Suggest no one should visit that horrible salon.hate it.

Worst services. Unprofessional useless bunch of people do not deserve even a single star. Please do not visit this place. They will charge you money for burning your hair.

They give you worst hair cut of your life Highly unprofessional staff . They will do what ever they want to do with your hair The saff is unprofessional boys from street . And they ask 150 rs

Less than 10 days and my wife hair gone for a toss and Completely burnt. Completely unwarranted behavior and services from saloon. Unjust attitude must pay. Will be logging a PIL in Delhi high court on behalf of victims in order to have a cloure of this parlour. Lets see till what time they dont accept thier unwarranted state of affairs.

I went there for rebonding and Bob cut. But they did horrible job. I feel like I wasted my money. They deserves 0 stars. They cut my hair very short ?? it's I will never go there again

Most pathetic salon ever …..biggest cheater ever ….I took smoothening and keratin service and they burnt my hair…Sahil did the service and he initially said that you will get great result and please I request you to see the result which I have got in photo …..
