★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A complex which is use for residential purpose. Peaceful place. Beside that complex there is a Workshop called Bharat Board Mill (BBM). For that workshop some time you feel irretated. lots of noise and bad orders ( rubber burning) you will get time to time. On each Each and every night 16 wheeler truck arrive in and out. thats makes heavy noise

CC TV in every corner and enterns but lack of security as no guards there to check on gate entrance. Local market near by for daily life needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the oldest housing complex near Nagerbazar. Now a new complex is also available with a name 'New Shrachi Garden'. Old one is so maintained with much greenary. Shrachi Garden's cultural programs and their all type of event celebration will melt your heart. All residents are so lovely people and well connected with each other. They are more than close relatives now. All residents enjoy here all pujas like Durga puja, Kali puja, Saraswati puja. Currently 90% residents are senior citizens who are staying here more than 25years. They don't need to go outside to enjoy any festivals. Association's cultural committee is very rich in knowledge/culture to organize any programs. I love this place.
