Elders ceremony to be conducted.
They conduct with ultimate devotion and customs, yet polite.
One month advance booking is required.
Charges are nominal and they accommodate any unplanned guests. Closed by 2pm.
Pranaams to Shringeri jagadgurus for their guidance and namaskaarams to all the organisors.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They Take 1800/- for Shraddha telling it's inclusive of 3 priest sambhavana and items for Shraddha, The manager demands that 500 to be given to the head priest and rest 300/- each for brahmin bhojana. This is no where written. The priest cheats and skips mantras. Money minded. Please look out for some other place. Worst service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a place for conducting the annual rituals for the departed souls. Large trust run by the sringeri Matt for brahmins. Has two floors with 8 rooms on each floor for the conduct of rituals and a common dining area on each floor. Reasonably clean place, efficiently managed by the trustees. Need to book in advance as it is in demand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A place where 'pitr' kaaryaas (obsequies), ceremonies of those who have passed away, can be performed here, for the Brahmin Smartha community. As others have written, it is in a narrow lane, difficult for the four wheelers to pass by, that too when an incoming vehicle blocks the way. Since adjacent to it and here is a Speciality Hospital, Ranga Durai Hospital, the road becomes all the more crowded, difficult for vehicles to manuvour.
But the place is well maintained, good number of Purohits to manage each family's ceremonies. Well maintained bathrooms for the 'kartrus' to take bath. We need to book the dates in advance. Number of guests and the menu can be separately informed to the kitchen in advance. Office people are courteous, answers your queries and guides you too in case of any doubts arising. Since the place is attached to the Sringeri Shankaramutt, that sanctity is maintained.
Recently after a family kaarya, we had left behind a bundle of things that we had carried there from home. In our hurry to get going home, that plastic huge bag was left outside. But the kind staff had kept it safe inside for over 20 days when I could go and collect it back. My sincere thanks to all of them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fine place to conduct the 'Masika' and 'Varshika' - monthly and annual Shraddha ceremonies for the departed souls. The ceremonies are conducted by Purohits of the Bhavana with much diligence, devotion and sincerity. As of 2018, the Bhavana charges Rs 1800/- as the all-inclusive cost of conducting the ceremony, which includes the Sambhavana for three Purohits, materials for Shraddha and meals for three Purohits and five attendees/family members. Extra meal requirements are charged at Rs 110/- per head. Please note that this venue is NOT FOR 'ANTHIMA KRIYAS'. The venue is to be booked in advance.
