★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't take the service, highly unprofessional staff who doesn't care about your stuff. After getting money they don't care about anything or anyone, better to look someone else. My experience was really bad so won't suggest anyone to take their service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Customer Service.....don't go with Shraddha Logistics....specially with Rajesh Yadav.
I have booked packers and movers service for 1 April from him, and confirmed on the evening of 31st March, he confirmed me don't worry we will do with best service in the industry and time was fixed for 8 am in the morning.
On the day of shifting i have called him more than 100 times and did messages also, but he don't bother to pick my call he is always disconnecting my call, Then i called him from another number at 1Pm, he picked the call and bluntly said that i am unable to come take another packer and mover service for the shifting.
I have taken off from office and he don't even think what he is doing with his customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would have given zero star if that be possible. Highly unprofessional. They are kind of broker who usually hire another movers and don't coordinate properly. They are big thugs they don't repay your money in case of there is fight between their vendor. After some time they don't respond to phone.
