★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yes, Dr. Bharat has been awarded in 2018 for his contribution to rescue some roadside mentally ill people, but overall the rehabilitation centre is worst in quality, sometimes worst than a jail, and he may prescribe medicines not suitable to you.
To summarise, it is only good for those who are on roadside and want free consultation.
