★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Near to D-Mart, so cost of living is less. Availability of nearly all required facilities in the vicinity of 500mtrs.
Not that amazing experience, overall though.
Water gets clogged during rains. Issues of leakage in every flat. Gym isn't functional.
Located in the outskirts, so traveling is tedious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice society, the fecilities are quite good here. There is a small club house. There we can host small functions also. Above that there is a gym and table tennis room. Timings for drinking water are limited.
Also there are many types of flats. From 1bhk to 3bhk. Rent varies accordingly add other the flat type. As it is next to D-Mart so it is really convenient to get groceries and all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The society is a quiet place to live in, but it needs a lot of ramping in terms of basic living. Water is a luxury for residents. The building structure is a copy of load bearing residents abroad. It's not ment for Indian climate and needs. If you agree that water is a need more than a luxury then this place is not where you should settle. As it's a load bearing construction, the summer months are merciless to its residents. There is a nice garden and play area for children.

Good cultured people living here.
Good if you're planning to stay on a short term basis..
Long term living may need you to get some rework in the house.
Water gets clogged in the society in case of heavy rains.
Gym not working!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Of many points of positive notes main is peaceful environment of the society. Ample greenery is there. Cleanliness is excellent. Maintainance is very good. Security is nice. Even though it is an old society it is well kept. Connectivity is also very good. D Mart is your neighbor what do you more want. Reasonable eateries are just out of gate
