★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely quick service to our home. We were new into a property and wanted to have very old looking filter system checked and serviced. There were issues which he solved. We later visited his shop to purchase some pipe . Very well stocked shop and knowledgable owner /staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic Service. I bought a ro purifier online and called this shop for installation. The service personel first tried to charge me extra by telling that the plumbing needs changing. When I told him how to fit it.. he then started saying that the purifier is faulty and needs replacement of a part, whereas everything was perfectly fine.
This is a total fraud shop.. Avoid calling them at all costs.

Shailesh Kamble gave me a Rs. 4000 quotation to replace my water filter components (Mineral, sediment, RO, UV, pre-filter, carbon filter etc), which included Rs 350 home visit charges. The next day he arrived after my confirmation and after replacing the components, he gave me an excuse that he ran out of stock for one of the filters so did not bring it, and that he will return the next day to replace it. I PAID HIM FULL RS 4000/- OUT OF TRUST but he neither showed up the next day, nor called to inform. Fyi, that missing filter costs Rs 800/-. For 2 days he kept cutting my call. Finally I used a different number to call, and to my shock, he said that he has completed his work and that I am lying about the pending work! A person with such fraudulent and dishonest practices should be put behind bars. To top it off, he is also a Covid super-spreader. During the installation I casually asked him if he was vaccinated because he kept on removing his mask to speak to me. To my shock he said that he is not vaccinated at all!! I had to keep on reminding him to wear his mask at all times he is inside my house, and out of fear I went and wore a mask to protect myself. Imagine such a person goes around to people's homes and is not only careless about his own life, but also careless about the lives of his customers. This is unacceptable by any standards in today's times. He doesn't even sit in this shop any more. He operates from home, so one cannot even catch him after he cheats unsuspecting customers! If all the above dubious traits are not enough, he rates his own establishment 4 stars to try and bring his poor Google ratings up. I wrote this detailed review after being cheated so blatantly by this fraudster. Folks, kindly check other reviews written by me. I do not go out of my way to malign any businesses. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS CHEAT ANY BUSINESS.
