First of all they take the shipment of area which they dont cater and above it they arrogantly say that we will send the shipment back. When we go for the pick up they ask us to come at certain place and they reach at another place.
Stupid Unprofessional and not reliable at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't trust these people. They don't pickup the phone. My parcel went missing and is undelivered since 18 days. I called the phone number mentioned on the receipt. The guy who picked up the phone asked me to call the office number as if he is giving me a favor. Upon calling the office number, no one picked up or called back. Then tried to call the regional office number. Another irresponsible person attended the phone and asked me to call back after one hour. Worst experience with this company.
