★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This guy Parvesh Gupta is a big time cheat. IFB service team sent them for repair of my washing machine. They took it to their workshop and returned in poor condition. Upon inspection with other service professional, it was found that they stole some original parts and replaced with old parts. The worst thing is this cheat agency stopped answering my call and the proprietor who goes by the name Parvesh Gupta even became abusive after I called him repeatedly.

Told me that there is 3 months guarantee but the washing machine stopped working after 15 days...tried calling them but they stopped answering the calls.
Parvesh gupta is a fraud.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tecnician are trained to cheat their customer .
In my case they came for microwave repair , charged rs 350 as visiting charge and then they told us that transformer is not working so they will take the microwave with them and change it .The total expense as per them was 3500rs apart from service charge.
We felt that something is not ok and so we called the Samsung service centre.Their tecqnician visited and took Rs 350 service charge and repired the microwave without any additional charge as they repaired the fuse and it started.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are total Fraud... I dialled a toll free number for LG fridge and these guys came home for repair. He said that they are from LG and my fridge PCB and sensor is faulty and it will cost Rs.4000.. They took the pcb to their shop and returned after 4 hrs.. when I checked there was nothing new replaced. They sent some kids to do the fitting and repairing job . The kids had no clue what they were suppose to do. Later when I queried the main guy he changed his tone and said that he had not installed new part but repaired it. Thankfully I had not made full payment. But I suspect they have replaced the parts or something has gone missing . Need to check if repair was done properly or not

They have a tie up with a fake call centre, who pretend to be customer care for several large electronics companies.
Took 2 minutes to look at microwave and quoted 8000. Took 1000 rupees as advance.
We then found out about his scam from google and asked for the money back, he refused and blocked me.
Beware. Do not use their service if you ever come across them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr Yash & Mr Bhupender are big time cheats and thugs. Their modus operandi is to quote extremely high prices for simple easily available parts. In my case my Samsung Fridge required a new relay and overload worth 400 bucks. They quoted INR 2200 brazenly. An on-spot check with an alternative refrigeration expert and they immediately reduced the amount to INR 1000 inclusive of service charges. Pictures attached for authenticity. I did not go ahead with their services after this incident.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called these guys by mistake and regretting till now.. I wish I had seen the reviews before. I called them for AC repair. My Daikin AC had gas leakage because of shifting. The guy named Sandy Khan came and said PCB needs to be replaced. Charged a hefty sum of ₹6500, did nothing just made me fool. Even gas was not filled, asked me to call them later and never came back. Not even picking the call, no customer support. They are running a con business. Fraud people and Fraud company. They need to be dragged to consumer court.
