At the time of selling of books they are like an angel but in case when you don't want any book or if you have purchased many books and want to return one of the book then they are like worst as devil they're like if you don't want then you should have thought more than 10 times and their behaviour changes drastically and after sold something they don't provide after sale services
I recommend you don't purchase any kind of books and notebooks from there.
And if you want to return your book in any circumstances then they will give you half of the price they are giving me rs. 150 for the price of Rs.285 just after one day. They will give you half of the price of book it doesn't matter you have purchased it today or yesterday.
They don't deserve even one star I have attached my one of the book which I wanted to return just the day after I purchased it costing Rs. 285 but they didn't take back even the book is in the right condition it's like as it is when I purchased it.
Please decide before purchase of any thing I recommend you please search on online websites like Amazon and Flipkart you can easily return there but not here in "Balaji Book Centre"
