★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad hopeless service. It has happeend second time where the parcel within India was not delivered even within the stipulated time, 8th day and it still has'nt reached. Whenever called he lies and gives lame reasons. Was specifically told that there are food items which would get spoilt but he did'nt bother for it and he kept on giving false information whenever called. Strongly recommend not to use this courier service as it is not reliable.
