β β β β β Wonderful Shop with extra ordinary helpful staff and support. Lot of Varieties, Newly launched utensils, appliances and other tools which can tun your home to smart home. Over and above best part is that the shop staff provides you the best buying guidance. I really have a very good experience and highly recommend this shop. Better that any big malls outlets.

β β β β β This is a good shop for exchanging old items with new ones, overall it's a satisfactory shop, except for one incident I purchased a two point gas stove of skyline 13 may 2020 from balaji home maker shop in Dwarka sector 7, new Delhi but after 3 months both the knobs broke and we were not able to get replacement for these knobs from the shop. the shop kept telling us that they were trying to contact service engineer and f this company but it was not possible due to corona pandemic. THE GAS STOVE IS LYING USELESS IN MY HOUSE. Actually this seems like problem with the company

~ Advise don't take a chance of buying or trying from this shop.
~ Selling faulty machines which you will know latter.
~ Heap of fake promises & features by Sales Man.
~ Owner has ignorant approach towards customers.
~ Low on inventory & variety.
Poor Paper Work as well.

β β β β β Worst experience..I purchased tiles with three times even having bad experience every time.... They least bother about customer ..even the owner who sits over desk..won't bother who come in and go out.. he try to pretain himself always busy calling here and there..
The worst parth which I have seen with other customer sitting near by me... If you shorlist a tile..they will immediately ask you to make advance payment and will commit you to be available with in in 15 mnts...but you endup waiting 2-3 hous and they excuse transport and traffice issue.. I ordered a tile today with advance payment considering my labour is waiting for it to fix it.. they promised to get is available at 4 o clock..but it's been whole day they couldn't mange and after calling them more then 5 times, they told me to pick from store around 9 o clock at late hous or to charge 300 for transportation..
They have variety but worst customer experience and I don't thing the owner, he actually bother about it as I never see him talking with customer...
Not sure where he is busy in

β β β β β I purchased LG AC dual inverter but I had to change to Voltas because of oversize of the cabinet body. I had to make too much negotiation w.r.t price of this Voltas with compare to online price which wasn't of good taste. Price of LG dual inverter AC was also charged higher than online price. Experience was so so. Invoicing was also not proper but pointing out the mistake,I was assured to change the invoice price as Rs. 34000/- So mentioning price as Rs.27000/- against Rs 42500/-is not correct as I have paid a sum of Rs 34000/-. GST and other taxes must be changed accordingly.
