When i called them last time they told connection is approved and they have no regulator that's why it's pending. If the connection is sanctioned i shouldbe receiving message. Nothing. To get back my documents the shop is closed

No response from Agency even after 3 days of booking. They don't bother to take calls also.

When their tomorrow it will come ? god know's. those services are so pathetic even they didn't register phone number. I had taken new connection 4 months ago still they didn't register phone number. That lady talking very arrogantly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After the paper work of new connection, I was promised that lpg cylinders will be delivered by 2pm. But the cylinder is not delivered and also the phone of the office is switched off. Unable to contact.
Very bad service of Shree Bharat Gas.
Not concerned about the customer requirements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I transferred my LPG from Chinchwad to them due to my address changed. Found them fast and responsive. Finished my address update and gas booking in 10 minutes after reaching there. Also they helped for online payment option. I came back home, cylinder delivered within 48 hrs. Even delivery man was very helpful he called before coming to home. Right now I am finding them very nice and helpful.
