★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “Customer satisfaction, Customer service”, these words r not in their dictionary. We went there to buy bowls in bulk. While choosing those, we also bought a grill worth Rs 2500/-. We chose a bowl and finalized it. However, after everything, they told bowls u chose r not available in desired quantity. So we decided to leave with only grill. But they gave us four alternatives and asked us to take them home and then decide (Pls note it was not our idea). We gave 1000/- for those for their security. They gave us their visiting card with mention of this on it to be able to show it while returning. Next day, we finalized a better option from another store and decided to give their items back. We forgot that visiting card. But I managed to get photo of it on whatsapp. I showed it. They rudely told that we need that visiting card only, not image, otherwise u would come daily to get 1000/- rs. We argued we won’t be able to give ur items daily. He then told us to wait for five minutes. He started taking rounds of the store doing nothing to make us wait. After 15 mins, we had a verbal fight with him, then some wise guy gave us 1000/-. Take home mesage: Avoid such agony, avoid this store.
